Quality poker set

Hi,


Looking to maybe grab a poker set, cards, chips, case, etc over the holidays, id like to buy a quality set and case if I can,

though looking on stores and especially trademe, the $180 300pc sets look bloody near the same as the $35 300pc sets,

If i spring for something pricier would I get better quality items, or will the cheap sets be the same?

Please help.
